Privacy Policy
Version 2026-02-26 · Effective 26 February 2026LoyaltyCadres helps you store and use loyalty cards. This policy explains what data is collected and where it goes.
Data you provide
- Loyalty cards you create (name, number, barcode data, colours, optional notes and website).
- Optional feedback you submit about catalogue accuracy if you choose to report incorrect information.
How data is stored
- On-device: cards are stored locally for offline use.
- Optional cloud sync: if you sign in and Premium is active, cards are stored in Firebase (Firestore) under your account.
- Partner catalogue: the app may download a read-only catalogue of brands and programmes to power search. This catalogue does not include your personal card numbers.
Apple Wallet passes
- When you add a card to Apple Wallet, the app sends the minimum required card details to a pass-generation service to create a signed pass (.pkpass).
- Generated passes may be cached on the server to avoid regenerating identical passes.
- If you enable Wallet location suggestions for a card, the pass may include store location coordinates so Wallet can suggest the pass near that store.
Crash reporting
- Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and basic diagnostic information to help improve stability.
Analytics
- Firebase Analytics may collect usage data to help us understand how the app is used and improve features.
